ABOUT US
One call. One vendor. One team that actually shows up.
Pristine Total Care is an owner-operated property care company serving Bergen, Essex, Union, and Sussex counties in North Jersey.
Why we do it this way.
Most homeowners don't have one problem. They have a list. The driveway needs washing, the gutters are full, the deck needs staining, and there's a light fixture that's been crooked for two years. Handling that list means finding four contractors, getting four quotes, and chasing four people who don't return calls.
We built Pristine Total Care to be the one call that handles the list. Pressure washing and soft washing are what we're known for — it's what most people find us for — but we also clean gutters, paint interiors and exteriors, stain decks, and take on the repairs other companies say no to. Same team, same standard, one invoice.
We're not a franchise and we're not a call center. When you call, you're dealing directly with the owner. That's why our reviews say things like "they came back to re-clean a spot that got splashed." Nobody had to escalate that to a manager — the manager was already standing there.
We match the method to the surface
High pressure on concrete and pavers. Low-pressure soft washing on siding, cedar, stucco, and roofs. Guessing is how homes get damaged, and we don't guess.
